ManCrush: Brandon Jones
We caught up with Brandon Jones to talk careers, content, and plans for the future.
You’ve taken a break from the adult entertainment industry?
I ended my career two years ago, for two reasons. Firstly, I was feeling totally uninspired by the industry. I felt like I’d done everything I could both in front and behind the camera. I was getting so bored of the same scenarios and always shooting with the same people. It was all getting too commercial for me.
The second reason was that I was dating someone outside of the industry, and he was not okay with me shooting. I dumped his cheating ass a few months ago.
I’m now dating a very opened-minded guy who has some fantasies he wants to pursue.
Do you have any plans to return to studio work?
I have absolutely no plans to return to studio work. That decade of my life has passed. I don’t intend to give any more money – they’ve earned enough off my ass. I’ve been taken advantage of too many times.
Porn was always a sideline job for me – I was doing it for fun. I also have a career in the real world.
Can we talk underwear?
I’m a jockstrap type of guy – I always have been.
Recently, I’ve really been getting into thongs – my boyfriend likes me in them.
We’re both really into sportswear. I love it when he wears track-pants, and has nothing under them except knee-high Adidas socks.
What are some of your goals and aspirations for the months ahead?
My man is a bar owner in Montreal’s gay village – we just spent a month renovating and re designing it. Now that’s over, I can focus on gardening at our home and being a slutty housewife for him.
I’m also working on a memoir to demystify sex work and the industry.
