Gaydar on Android – launch date is approaching!
The world of dating apps and online dating is constantly evolving. It takes a bit of keeping up with the latest developments in technology, ensuring that we’re leveraging the full power of our phones in our search for connections, hookups, and romance.
As part of its commitment to investing in both its mobile and desktop platforms, Gaydar is releasing an updated app for Android, and the testing stage has now been successfully completed.
What did members say about the new Android app?
“The new version generally looks good! I’d suggest adding Most Winked and Newest as they would be useful features.”
“Testing successfully completed and I haven’t had any issues or problems.”
“Thanks for including me in your Beta test! My two pieces of feedback are that I couldn’t block anyone and couldn’t see who had viewed me. Hope this helps!”
“Generally everything worked great and there were no major issues. The only small issue that I had was with favourites. Sometimes it would lock on a screen saying that there were two favourites online, and then I couldn’t see who they were. Restarting the app seemed to fix it.”
“I think the new Android app is a huge improvement on the last! It’s so much quicker and easier to use. Shame it wasn’t brought in earlier when Gaydar was the main way to meet others.”
“I didn’t have any problems using the app – it all worked well and I love the new look.”
When will the new Android app be released?
Gaydar is just finalising the finishing touches on the Android app and will confirm an exact release date shortly. The team are on track to have it live before the end of September.
