Austin Wolf: What happens next?
The high-profile adult content creator remains in detention as his court appearance has been delayed again.
Following an investigation by the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Austin Wolf - who's government name is Justin Heath Smith, aged 43 - has been charged with one count of distribution and receipt of child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography.

According to the announcement released by the investigating officers, the charges relate to content that Wolf/Smith has allegedly sent and received using the Telegram app, as well as videos that were found in his Manhattan apartment.
The FBI searched Wolf/Smith's Manhattan apartment in April, obtaining evidence relating to the charges.
If found guilty in relation to these charges, Wolf/Smith could face prison time of 5-20 years.
Wolf/Smith was scheduled to attend a preliminary hearing in court on 29 July, however that date has been postponed a number of times - by agreement between the parties. Wolf/Smith was expected to appear in court on 27 November, however this has been postponed again until 27 December.
Commentators suggest that this indicates that a plea deal is being negotiated although it's not clear why these negotiations appear to be moving slowly.
