Southern District of New York brings charges against Austin Wolf
The high-profile adult content creator has appeared at the Manhattan federal court.
Austin Wolf has long been a big name is the world of adult entertainment, but his dramatic arrest could mean the end of that career.
Following an investigation by the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Austin Wolf - who's government name is Justin Heath Smith, aged 43 - has been charged with one count of distribution and receipt of child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography.
According to the announcement released by the investigating officers, the charges relate to content that Wolf/Smith has allegedly sent and received using the Telegram app, as well as videos that were found in his Manhattan apartment.
The FBI searched Wolf/Smith's Manhattan apartment in April, obtaining evidence relating to the charges.
If found guilty, Wolf/Smith could face prison time of 5-20 years.
