What's on in London: Frank’s Closet
Luke Farrugia leads a celebration of the divas of musical theatre.
Frank’s Closet is set to return to the West End to continue the celebration of the divas of musical theatre.
As the title suggests, the narrative of the show revolves around Frank. On the eve of marriage to his beloved fiancé, Frank has decided to donate his fabulous collection of the dresses of iconic Divas to the V&A. As each dress is let go, the Divas who once wore them appear – as embodiments of Love Past, Present, and Future - to steady Frank’s wedding nerves and impart wise and wistful gems of advice.
Starring Andy Moss as Frank and Luke Farrugia as the Diva, the production showcases seven divas, gorgeous frocks, and eager chorus girls in an all-singing and all-dancing ode to the allure of the stage.
Frank's Closet will be performed at the Arts Theatre on 3 November and 17 November.
