ManCrush: Big C and Jared Tyler
These are guys that are not shy about sharing their opinions, and they’re often pretty close to the action when it comes to gay porn drama.
They’ve recently been filming with Jake Morgan, Ray Diesel, and a whole bunch of amateur guys who want to fulfil their porn-star fantasies.
We caught up with Bic C for to talk about porn, relationships, and porn.
There doesn’t seem to be any shortage of guys who want to appear in your videos – does everyone want to be a porn star these days?
Our collection features both big name porn stars and total no-name amateurs.
The porn stars appear in our videos for the high content-exchange value. All the porn stars know I have great editing skills and that I always do all of the filming and editing entirely on my own. Within days of filming, I send our fellow porn stars watermarked copies of the final videos. I also coordinate an advertising and marketing campaign for each scene.
People always ask me about the amateurs, since our collection is filled with them. These amateurs are both fans and buddies that hit me up wanting to be featured – purely for the fun, excitement, and of course pleasure. We never pay anyone – porn stars or amateurs – and always obtain ID and 2257 compliance prior to meeting.
To be honest, the amateur encounters tend to be the hottest and most popular videos on our site, mainly because the connections are authentic and real. I personally love my amateur buddies because they have no agenda other than to have an amazing time. There’s definitely no shortage of guys keen to film.
Who are some of your porn heroes or inspirations?
Most of the ‘famous’ porn stars are useful to me in illustrating what I don’t want to become, rather than vice-versa.
Since many studio stars routinely use Trimix injections to perform, engage in frequent drug use, back-stab other models, forget how to have real sex, and make career choices that benefit the studios rather than themselves, there are very few that I respect, let alone admire.
However, there are some guys that have chartered new paths. For example, The Maverick Men chose to develop their own career and content early on. They developed their own unique brand and listened to, cared about, and worked for their fans rather than studios.
It’s great that this is something that you’re able to work on together with your husband, Jared. How do you keep a balance in your relationship. Are there clear boundaries about what goes on camera and what doesn’t?
This is a question we get asked a lot. Jared and I have been together for over a decade. We’d already been through so much together before our porn career began, so we’ve had years to work on our relationship without the stresses or complications of porn.
Admittedly, I’ve always been a sexual dynamo and have always enjoyed playing with buds on a very regular basis. Jared is more ‘particular’ about his playmates and experiences, so we’ve always had an open policy of playing together and separately. Of course, we’ve had disagreements over the years, but nothing we haven’t been able to work through and grow from.
Since our porn career is basically our real-life escapades, we have an almost identical philosophy of open play together and separate on screen. On many occasions, Jared prefers not to play and I never question or pressure him in any way, shape, or form. Having done studio porn before we met, Jared has some leftover trauma associated with negative experiences with the industry. I’m extremely careful to avoid putting him in circumstances or situations that could trigger or cause further trauma.
Our marriage is stronger than ever, and we have amazing balance to our entire lives.
As an exhibitionist, businessman, and true lover of sex, I find immense gratification in working hard and developing our collection – it’s become a true passion!
I still work tremendously hard at my non-porn careers, Jared is an amazing house-husband and dog-daddy to our 10 amazing French Bulldogs, and we remain very close with our family and friends – all while pursuing this amazing ‘side career’.
Can we talk underwear?
Jared and I both love freeballing, which means no underwear at all. But since we are ‘large’, we’re kind of forced to wear boxer briefs to the gym – for support – and to family or formal functions where freeballing would otherwise be inappropriate.
I’ve never been big on underwear on other guys. As soon as I meet up with a dude to play, all clothes and underwear come off – as soon as possible!
